Returns
At Tom Lampert, we tailor each order to the specific request, meaning we print on demand. Therefore, if the return is due to an error in the cell phone reference selection provided by the customer, it will not be accepted. The user must verify at the time of ordering that the reference information for the device required for the product is correct. Additionally, our cases are printed directly onto the material using UV technology in a CMYK color range with the addition of special colors such as light magenta and light cyan, allowing for quality printing with unique details. The color format used by the electronic devices from which you view the designs published on our website is RGB, a special range for screens, and therefore the colors at the time of printing may vary. Returns are not accepted for issues related to color ranges. The designs and colors published on our website are indicative and depend on the device's display, which is why they may vary at the time of printing. Only regular-priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Our website contains products that must be used and installed on the user's device following step-by-step instructions and product usage videos.
Our return policy is 30 calendar days from the date of delivery for reasons of quality, deterioration, or product defects (such as rubber or printing defects). We will not accept returns of products that have been damaged or deteriorated due to mishandling by the user or failure to follow the product user guide videos posted on our website. After these 30 days from the date of purchase, we cannot offer an exchange or accept a return of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Return shipping costs must be borne by the user. Refunds must be requested by emailing [tom@tomlampert.com] stating the reason for the return and attaching any necessary photos or proof if the product arrived in poor condition.
The company will have 5 business days to review and respond to the return and refund request sent to the email address provided by the user.
Discounted products (SALE)
On the website, you can find discounted products on selected items in the SALE section. These products are not eligible for returns or warranties.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is a right enshrined in Law 1480 of 2011, which empowers the consumer, in the case of an online or distance purchase, to return the purchased product within a maximum of 5 calendar days from the delivery of the product without having to provide a reason.
To apply the right of withdrawal, the following must be met:
1. Must be within 5 calendar days of receiving the product.
2. Send an email to tom@tomlampert.com informing them that this right will be exercised.
3. Send the product to be returned to the address Carrera 42 #14-11, Edificio Castropol Plaza office 401 Medellin, Colombia.
4. The cost of shipping the product must be borne by the consumer and sent within 5 calendar days after receiving it.
5. The product must be sent in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (as applicable).
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment through the Mercado Pago platform, within 90 calendar days of the request date.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to credit card cutoff dates.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at tom@tomlampert.com and follow the instructions generated through that channel.
If the wrong product is sent due to a mistake by the company, we will send the correct one to the user, of course covering the costs of shipping and recovering the products.
Shipping for return or exchange.
The user will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund depending on the shipping location. Exchange shipping times may vary depending on shipment tracking and the exchange process itself.
On behalf of allied transporters, 2 (two) attempts will be made to deliver the package in 2 (two) days, if there is NO response, the order will be returned to our facilities, if the customer requires it again, they must pay the shipping again, if a return is requested, the cost of the product will be refunded without the value paid for shipping.
Product Warranty
The cases have a two (6) month warranty for printing or defects in the manufacturing of the sublimation base.
